Another cold wet and windy day but still a success! We will be doing again this year but moved it up a month hoping for better weather! Go to the photo gallery for pics!

So we are moving 2011 up to hope for better weather. The dates will be out shortly so keep checking back. This is the 3rd year we are doing this and it gets better each time!

9 Year Old Thoroughbred Mare, Quiet, and Kind. Has an old Osselot on front ankle and old cut on right Hind both healed and don’t bother her. She is sound and would be great for a trail horse or just flat work. Owner loves this horse on only wants her to have great home. Asking 800 but will take less for the right home. On july 11 and 12 I attended the LART certification put on by Days End Farm of Maryland and the West Virginia Equine Assoc. We had first responders from as far as Tennessee and Texas come along with the WV Dept of Ag and horse people from all over. There were 32 total for the class along with a few auditors. We learned about 5 different slings and how to apply and make one in an emergency situation amongst  more practical and educational information.  The WVEA plans on putting another one together next year, we had a great turnout and were thanked all around for putting on something so beneficial. Education and fun came together to help horses and man alike. I will post when the next dates are available.  Go to the Gallery to see some more great photos!

Now, if we can just get that nagging shoulder injury cleared up!!  That’s where the massage comes in!  Although Webbie can be quite the squirmy little girl, she just loves to see Kim and hop up on the table.  If only there weren’t those pesky sore spots, Webster would enjoy the massage as much as her other hobbies of eating, sleeping and chasing squirrels!

Established Law is now a 10 year old and loving life with his brother Ski! He went with mom Amy to horse camp this year with myself and Kid Chocolate. He also attended a few shows with Amy and her student.

September 4th through 7th at the Pittsburgh Indoor Sports Arena 2 clubs from the area are coming together for a 4 day agility trial. I will be there for the duration and look forward to seeing you along with the other great vendors!

UPDATE  Duchess found her new home on a 300 acre farm around Salt Fork. She now goes on trail rides with her now mom Renee. She is so good she also gives trail rides to the public also. She is fat and happy with her herd and her new life. We also still get to visit her so thats great too!
